We hope all is well

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

1) We would like a list of all properties with tax liens on them.
2) we would like a list of all municipal held liens
3) we would like a list of all tax lien investors
4) and also we would like to know if the city assigns there municipal held liens.
5)we would like a list of all vacant and abandoned properties as well

If you can provide these in excel spread sheet that would help as well

and please make sure these are all separate list

1.      Attachment 1 – List of all properties with tax liens on them.

2.      Attachment 2 – List of all Municipal held liens

3.      Attachment 3 – List of all Tax Lien Holders – Redactions have been
made pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1.1 – Personal Identifying Information,
Social Security Numbers and Privacy Interest

4.      The City does not do assignments.

5.      No records responsive. There is no current vacant/abandoned list
that can be generate at this time. Our Ordinance has since been repealed
for a few years and a list is not maintained.
