I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.

I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.

I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

1. Records showing, which township department, office, official, or third-party vendor holds or has USPS permit meter number 2778827
2. Any invoices, receipts, or correspondence related to the use of this, permit meter account on behalf of the township of Berkeley, or its officials.
3. Any contracts or agreements between the township and USPS or with vendors for the use of bulk meter 2778827.
