This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

Open and closed permits for work at the property

Documents reguarding any variance pending, granted or denied

Complaints filed by the municipality and other citations for code or other violations
any pending or finalized assessments

tax asessors reports or momos regarding the property

any deed, easement or other restriction

a list of off-site conditions that may affect the value of the property that is maintained by the municipality pursuant to the NJ residential construction off-site conditions disclosure act

Any current ordinances passed by the municipality pursuant to the NJ air safety and zoning act if the municipality is in an air safety zone.
