I have attached the OPRA Requests #W124082, #W124128, #W125966, and #W126161 in response to your request pursuant to the Open Public Record Act (OPRA) for OPRA requests received by the Sandy Recovery Division (Division) between August 1, 2017 and November 20, 2017.
The Division has redacted personal information including home addresses, personal email addresses, and home telephone numbers pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1, which obligates a public agency to safeguard from public access a citizen’s personal information with which it has been entrusted when disclosure thereof would violate a citizen’s reasonable expectation of privacy. See also Wolosky v. Somerset County, A-1024-15T4 (App. Div. Mar. 30, 2017).
