Dear Anonymous07430,
This is in response to your Open Public Records Act (“OPRA”) filed with
Ramapo College of New Jersey (the “College”) on December 11, 2018. The
following responds to the specific item of your request, as listed below:
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the
common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official
form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message. Records
requested: 1) All OPRA Requests and responses from Jan 1, 2018 -
until 12/11/2018 (*or later - depending on when the OPRA request is
answered)
Please be advised that your request will require an additional
extension of time to be appropriately processed. As a result of the
pending closure of the College for the Holiday break, your request will be
extended until January 9, 2019. OPRA allows custodians to seek extensions
of time pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5i.
In addition, please note that due to the volume of some of the attachments
from the OPRA requests and the number of requests, we are looking into the
best way to provide you with the information. In some cases, we may not
be able to email you the information due to email size limitations.
Please provide us with your address in case we need to mail the
information to you on a flash drive. If you would like to simply obtain a
list of OPRA requests and our response without the attachments, than we
will be able to provide it to you via email.
