On December 12, 2018, the fifth business day after date of receipt by the
Custodian of Record, I requested an extension of time to respond by
December 20, 2018.
Today, December 20, 2018, I am again respectfully requesting an extension
of time to December 28, 2018. Our office is closed December 24 and 25;
this is a request for an additional three business days to respond to your
OPRA request.

On December 12, 2018, the fifth business day after date of receipt by the
Custodian of Record, the Custodian of Record, Beth Kara, requested an
extension of time to respond by December 20, 2018.
On, December 20, 2018, the Custodian of Record, Beth Kara, requested an
extension of time to December 28, 2018. Township offices were closed
December 24 and 25; and the second request for an extension to respond
added three business days to respond to your OPRA request.
This response is provided on the second business day after the second
extension request.

At advice of Counsel, “the personal phone numbers, home addresses and
e-mail addresses have been redacted to protect individuals’ reasonable
expectation of privacy pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1. See Wolosky v.
Township of Parsippany, GRC Complaint No. 2010-317 (March 2012).”
