The County of Monmouth is endeavoring to fulfill your OPRA request submitted on November 21, 2017. Previously, we advised you that the request was in the process of review and that a response would be forthcoming on or before Friday, December 15, 2017.
Be advised that the request you are seeking is voluminous and fulfilling it will take an inordinate amount of time necessitating an extraordinary fee, which has been calculated as follows:
Time spent gathering and copying the requested information: 6 hours
Time required redacting personal identifiers from the requested information: 4 hours
Hourly rate of Records Custodian: $26.60 x 10 hours = $266.00
If you are willing to pay this fee, please notify me promptly and I will have the redactions made and provided to you by Friday, December 15, 2017.

In the interest of finding a reasonable solution to processing my OPRA request, I'm requesting the public agency could waive the special service charge if an extension of sixty (60) days in order to accommodate the interests of both the requester and the agency.

I'm withdrawing my OPRA request as of 12-6-2017. I will be breaking up my OPRA request into smaller ones in order to make it easier for the agency.
