dated December 8, 2017.
Please note that the redacted portions are specifically exempted from
disclosure under OPRA as pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1.1, which states
that a public agency has a responsibility and an obligation to safeguard
from public access a citizen's personal information with which it has been
entrusted when disclosure thereof would violate the citizen's reasonable
expectation of privacy.
Please also note that the redacted portions are specifically exempted from
disclosure under OPRA as pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1.1 which states
that personal identifying information is exempt from disclosure.

unfilled within the seven (7) business days required by law, you have a
right to challenge the decision by The College of New Jersey to deny
access. At your option, you may either institute a proceeding in the
Superior Court of New Jersey or file a complaint with the Government
Records Council (GRC) by completing the Denial of Access Complaint Form.
