This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I certify under penalty of NJSA 2C:28-3 that I have not been convicted of an indictable offense. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

We are in receipt of your OPRA requested received on Nov. 21, 2017
requesting copies of all OPRA requests from August 1 2017 to November 20,
2017. We will need additional time of 15 days to complete this request
due to the volume of your request. Your request entails us redacting
information such as phone numbers and emails. Your request should be
ready on December 21, 2017.
We will need a deposit of $75.00 made payable to Deptford Township to
process your request. Once payment is received we will advise if
additional payment is needed prior to your pick up date on December
21,2017.

I'm requesting that the documents be emailed to me, so there would be no charges.
*Access to electronic records and non-printed materials shall be provided free of charge, but the public agency may charge for the actual costs of any needed supplies such as computer discs.
*Records provided via e-mail and facsimile are free of charge. Custodians must charge the actual cost to provide access to all other electronic materials such as CD-ROMs, DVDs, videotapes, audiotapes, etc
