* Redaction of juveniles names was made on applicable police department OPRA
request forms pursuant to N.J.S.A. 2A:4A-60(a) which states in pertinent
part that: "Social, medical, psychological, legal and other records of the
court and probation division, and records of law enforcement agencies,
pertaining to juveniles charged as a delinquent or found to be part of a
juvenile-family crisis, shall be strictly safeguarded from public
inspection. Such records shall be made available only to: . The parents or
guardian and to the attorney of the juvenile.." N.J.S.A. 2A:4A-60(a).
Also, balancing of the privacy interest outweighs the public's interest
under OPRA N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 Burnett v. County of Bergan, 198 N.J. 408
(2009).
