To Whom It May Concern,

The City of Hoboken has received your OPRA request Log # 17-1620.

Please be advised that a copying fee as provided in the OPRA statute will be assessed. For your information, the estimated cost of copying will be $75.00 (there are approximately 600 OPRA requests responsive to your request, which consist of an average of 5 pages each x $.05 a page = $75.00). A deposit of $35.00 will be required, check made out to the City of Hoboken, before starting the process. The check should be mailed to the City Clerk's Office, City of Hoboken 94 Washington Street Hoboken N.J.07030, attention Mike Mastropasqua.

As noted in the OPRA request form, all requests will be returned via hard copy mail delivery unless otherwise specified. We will require 7 business days to respond once you confirm in writing by response to this e-mail that you accept the copying fee as detailed above. Additional time beyond the 7 business days may be required based upon the voluminous nature of the request. If additional time is necessary, I will further contact you. If you have any further questions or concerns, please feel free to contact the undersigned.

*Access to electronic records and non-printed materials shall be provided free of charge, but the public agency may charge for the actual costs of any needed supplies such as computer discs.
*Records provided via e-mail and facsimile are free of charge. Custodians must charge the actual cost to provide access to all other electronic materials such as CD-ROMs, DVDs, videotapes, audiotapes, etc.
