It appears that the last response to this OPRA request is giving some users an indication that it is a virus. I clicked through, and it is a link to a foreign website. The link does not provide records responsive to the original request and appears it was sent either by a virus or in error.

Perhaps the requestor wouldn't mind bringing this to the attention of the records custodian?
