Attached is a report listing all OPRA requests for the period between August 1 and November 20, 2017. Email and physical addresses of natural persons have been redacted in consideration of each requester's expectation of privacy.
If your request for access to a government record has been denied or unfilled within the seven (7) business days required by the New Jersey Open Public Records Act (“OPRA”), N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq., you have a right to challenge the denial or inaction. At your option, you may either institute a proceeding in the Superior Court of New Jersey or file a complaint with the Government Records Council (GRC) by completing the Denial of Access Complaint Form.
