My OPRA request was submitted on November 20, 2017. That request was never filled on December 14, 2017. I submitted a new OPRA request on May 11, 2018 requesting the same documents from the November 20, 2017 OPRA request because it was never fulfilled by your government agency. Please comply with my OPRA request that is dated May 11, 2018 within the 7 business day legal period.

This is in response to your email of May 18, 2018 in which you stated the following: 'My OPRA request was submitted on November 20, 2017. That request was never filled on December 14, 2017. I submitted a new OPRA request on May 11, 2018 requesting the same documents from the November 20, 2017 OPRA request because it was never fulfilled by your government agency. Please comply with my OPRA request that is dated May 11, 2018 within the 7 business day legal period.'
I am forwarding a copy of the email that was sent by the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development to Ask NJ Media Co. on December 14, 2017 in response to Ask NJ Media Co.'s OPRA request dated November 20, 2017, seeking "copies of OPRA requests from August 1, 2017 to November 20, 2017".
As stated in my email of May 17, 2018, this request was fulfilled on December 14, 2017.
ASK NJ Media Co.'s OPRA request dated May 11, 2018 is now also considered fulfilled and closed.

As stated in my email of May 18, 2018, the OPRA request that was dated November 20, 2017 was never fulfilled on December 14, 2017 by your government agency. The OPRA request dated May 11, 2018 is now considered fulfilled and closed.
