We are going to require additional time in order to respond to the three government records requests recently submitted by ASK NJ Media Co. to the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development seeking "copies of OPRA requests from August 1, 2017 to November 20, 2017." Those three requests were submitted by ASK NJ Media Co. to (1) the Commissioner's Office, (2) the Board of Review and, (3) the Division of Workers' Compensation; each within the Department of Labor and Workforce Development. The Department is hereby requesting a two-week extension to the deadline for reply, which would make the new deadline Friday, December 15, 2017.

This is in response to the three government records requests that were submitted by ASK NJ Media Co. to the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development seeking "copies of OPRA requests from August 1, 2017 to November 20, 2017." Those three requests were submitted by ASK NJ Media Co. to (1) the Commissioner's Office, (2) the Division of Workers' Compensation and, (3) the Board of Review: each within the Department of Labor and Workforce Development.

The first 12 pages of the attachment are government records requests that were received by the Commissioner's Office during the relevant time period, including the government records request submitted by ASK NJ Media, Co. to the Commissioner's Office on November 20, 2017. Page 13 of the attachment contains the government records requests that were received by the Division of Workers' Compensation during the relevant time period (not including the government records request submitted to the Division by ASK NJ Media, Co., which is identical to Page 12 of the attachment). The Board of Review received no government records requests during the relevant time period (with the exception of the government records request submitted to the Board by ASK NJ Media, Co., which is identical to Page 12 of the attachment).

Page 13 of the attachment contains redactions required under N.J.S.A. 34:15-128 (workers' compensation confidentiality), N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 (personal privacy; personal identifying information) and N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1.1 (personal privacy; personal identifying information).

Good afternoon.  This Office is in receipt of your OPRA request, dated
November 21, 2017 directed to the Department of Community Affairs, Ethics
wherein you requested “copies of all OPRA requests from August 1, 2017 to
November 20, 2017.  Please be advised the Department of Community Affairs,
Ethics, had no OPRA requests during the time in question.  As such, we
