Dear DEP records,
In the interest of finding a reasonable solution to processing my OPRA request, I'm requesting the agency could waive the special service charge if an extension of (120) days in order to accommodate the interests of both the requester and the agency.
Yours sincerely,
ASK NJ Media Co.

The NJDEP did not request an extension in order to respond to your request. The NJDEP issued its response within the 7-business days allotted by law and has identified the responsive records. The NJDEP will not waive the special service fee. The fee is justified pursuant 47:1A-5c based on the extraordinary effort, time, and dedication of resources that is required in order to provide the responsive records.

Dear Coefer, Matt,
I'm withdrawing my OPRA request as of 12-4-2017. I will be breaking up my OPRA request into smaller ones in order to make it easier for the agency.
Yours sincerely,
ASK NJ Media Co.
