OPRA requesting Operator of record, and recycling costs and financial benefits.
Dear Gloucester Township MUA,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

This is a 2 part OPRA , that I am requesting the current name, or firm that is the GTMUA's "Operator of record", (C-4) and the current agreement between the GTMUA and that firm or individual including the past 12 months.
Also the current certification status of the Executive Director for the GTMUA.
The second part of this request is, I wish to get the amount of financial benefit, and costs
that the township, and/or the GTMUA incurs for all recycled material, that we collect in the single stream containers throughout the township, when you collect them.
If we stopped receiving money for those recycled items and are paying for them to be processed, I would like those amounts also.
Please break this down to glass, aluminum, paper, and cardboard from 2015 to the present

Good Morning, Mr. Polidoro.
In response to your OPRA Request, please see below:
1. The current certification of our Executive Director – C-3 Wastewater
License. The Executive Director position is the most senior
administrative position at the Authority. The Authority has engaged
Mr. Richard Eustace as our C-4 Licensed Operator. Please see the
attached agreement.
2. Mr. Engelbert, Municipal Recycling Operator, supplied the following
information:
a. 2015 Recycling Revenue - $2,991 Received
b. 2016 Recycling Revenue - $29,770 Received
c. 2017 Recycling Revenue - $55,738 Received
d. 2018 Recycling Revenue - $30,556 Paid
We cannot break this information down to glass, aluminum, paper and
cardboard as it is single stream recycling. The plant separates these
items but it is not done by town.
