I am writing to submit a formal request under the Open Public Records Act (OPRA), N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq., seeking copies of the commissions issued to the following Rowan University Police Officers by the Glassboro Police Chief, or the Superintendent of the State Police, which a copy of said record would be held by the municipality the Institution is established in pursuant to NJ State Statute 18A:6-4.3:

Given that Rowan University's Main (Glassboro) Campus is located within the Borough of Glassboro and Officers may fall under multiple jurisdictions, due to their numerous campuses, I am also directing a copy of this request to the Department of Law and Public Safety, Division of State Police, Custodian of Records. This is to ensure that all relevant records are accounted for, as it is possible that applications for commissions were made to the Superintendent of State Police, as outlined in the statute.

Please provide the requested documents in compliance with the statutory timeframes specified by OPRA.
