Dear South Orange Village,
Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. Location: Intersection of Rt 510 (West South Orange Avenue) and Rt 577 (North Wyoming Avenue)
Specific Evidence Reference: Page 2 of the police report (Narrative section 145) explicitly states: "The crash was observed via Verkada Camera."
I request all available video files from the Verkada system covering this intersection for the time period between 08:33 AM and 09:00 AM on the date of the incident.
