OPRA Request – Vacant, Foreclosed & Condemned Property Records | Magnolia Borough
Dear Magnolia Borough Records Custodian,
Please accept this as a formal electronic request for public records under the Open Public Records Act (OPRA) and the common law right of access. Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5(f), an email containing all information required on the adopted form constitutes a valid records request, and I am not required to use an official form or specific software platform to submit this request.
Please note the following required disclosures:
- I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.
- The requested records WILL be used for a commercial purpose.
- I AM NOT seeking these records in connection with any legal proceeding.
Records Requested:
Any and all records maintained by Magnolia Borough relating to vacant, foreclosed, or condemned properties within the municipality. This includes but is not limited to property lists, notices of violation, condemnation orders, and any related correspondence or tracking documents.
My preferred delivery method is email, as attachments. Please confirm receipt of this request. If you are not the custodian of records, kindly forward this request to the appropriate party and provide their contact information for future correspondence.

My office is in receipt of your request for records pursuant to the Open
Public Records Act (NJSA 47:1A-1) dated March 17, 2026. The request was
received on March 18, 2026. As such, the seven (7) business day deadline
to respond to your request is March 27, 2026. The request is approved and
being sent to you on March 19, 2026, the 2nd business day.
If your request for access to a government record has been denied or
unfilled withing seven (7) business days required by law, you have a right
to challenge the decision to deny access. At your option, you may either
submit a new request in an effort to ascertain what specific records are
being requested. You may also exercise your right to institute a
proceeding in the Camden County Superior Court of New Jersey or file a
complaint with the Government Records Council (“GRC”) by completing the
