 Eric K:   Please find attached records responsive to your request for
government records pursuant to OPRA and the common law right of access,
received by the Township on May 28, 2020. Please note that suspect names
have been redacted pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 (reasonable expectation of
privacy), and additionally, pursuant to Executive Order 26 (McGreevey
2002) if the matter involves a medical/psychological call, N.J.S.A.
2A:4A-60 if the matter involves a juvenile, and N.J.S.A. 2C:25-33, if the
matter involves domestic violence. In some cases, the incident location is
also redacted to protect the privacy of victims.

Your OPRA request is now deemed answered and closed. If your request for
access to a government record has been denied or unfilled within the seven
(7) business days required by law, you have a right to challenge the
denial of access.  At your option, you may either institute a proceeding
in the Superior Court of New Jersey or file a complaint with the
Government Records Council (GRC) by completing the Denial of Access
