I am in receipt of your record request. Due to the State of Emergency, we are requesting an extension until the Borough Offices can reopen. At this time, the Borough is unable to complete this request due to the delay in availability of personnel needed to provide responsive records to the custodian.
If your request for access to a government record has been denied or unfilled within the extended time as provided by the State of Emergency, you have a right to challenge the decision by the Borough of Lindenwold to deny access. At your option, you may either institute a proceeding in the Superior Court of New Jersey or file a complaint with the Government Records Council (GRC) by completing the Denial of Access Complaint Form.
