The City of Hoboken has received your OPRA request Log # 20-0817. The request was forwarded to the Police Department and the responsive records are attached in the drop boxes below. Also per the Police Department "attached are a total of 505 use of force reports (177 from 2019), (214 from 2018) and (114 from 2017). 65 use of force reports were not release due to being confidential in nature, because they either involve a Juvenile (N.J.S.A. 2A:4A-60) or a Domestic violence incident (N.J.S.A. 2C:25-33) and all fall under OPRA exemptions under N.J.S.A. 47A 1A-1.1.
