Monday, Tuesday, and Friday from 2 p.m. – 4 p.m. as per N.J.S.A.
47:1A-5(a).

OPRA requests must be for a specific public document and should list a
specific date or dates. OPRA requests with terms "any and all", requests
for information, requests that require research into documents, or
requests that require the Clerk's office to create a document shall be
rejected.

As Alpha Borough does not have our own police force, we do not carry the records that you are requesting. You would have to request these specific records from Phillipsburg.
