Maria,
Do an email recalling and rescinding the below email and requesting that
it be returned and the information attached not used. Call someone if
possible and tell them that the email contained information not authorized
to be released and that we are recalling same.
Then, do a new letter removing the “(attached)” from #4 in the body of the
letter, and re-send via a new email but with only the #5 PDF attachment
(Police Personnel History 2012-2019) and NOT the #4 attachment (Police PO
History 2012-2019).
