they deal with incidents of domestic violence. See N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1;

33 records are being withheld as they disclose individual physical or
mental health conditions; see N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1; N.J.S.A. 47:1A-9; Health
Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996; Executive Order No.
26 (McGreevey).
And 6 records are being withheld as they deal with juveniles. See N.J.S.A.
47:1A-1; N.J.S.A. 47:1A-9; N.J.S.A. 2A:4A-60.
