In response to the OPRA request below, dated and received in this
office on May 28, 2020, attached find the Use of Force Reports (UFR) from
Branchburg Township for the calendar years 2017, 2018, and 2019.
Some of these reports have been redacted since they are exempt from
disclosure pursuant to their exemption by another
statute.  N.J.S.A. 47;1A-6.   
The following statutory exemptions have been applied to the reports
requested:
A) UFRs pertaining to juveniles pursuant to N.J.A.C. 13:39-1.5
and N.J.S.A. 2A:4A-60.
B) Information in UFRs pertaining to the psychiatric condition of the
subject individual pursuant to N.J.A.C. 5:3-2.2 and HIPAA.
C)  UFRs pertaining to domestic violence pursuant to N.J.S.A. 2C:25-33.
