On May 29, 2020, I received your request for government records pursuant
to the Open Public Records Act (“OPRA”) and common law.  Please accept
this letter as my response pursuant to OPRA.

 

Your request seeks the following records:

 

All use of force reports completed by the police department from January
1st 2017 to December 31st, 2019.

 

Responsive records are enclosed. The following information has been
redacted:

• Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers and telephone
numbers pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5.
• Medical information pursuant to Executive Order 26 (“Information
relating to medical, psychiatric or psychological history, diagnosis,
treatment or evaluation.”).

This OPRA request is now deemed answered and closed. If your request for
