Education has not approved any of the contents of these executive session
minutes for release to the public. As the minutes pertain to multiple
matters exempt from production under OPRA due to various confidentiality
exceptions, your request is denied.

As to the request for specific resolutions, a Record Custodian is not
required under OPRA to perform research to determine what parts of records
may be responsive to a request. The minutes of the Board meetings are
available on the District’s website
