May I please have the two-zoom meeting recording of July 27, 2023. I would like the original Zoom audio and video as recorded by zoom (no medium conversion). The meetings started at 10:00 AM and 11:07 AM.

This OPRA is due Monday, October 16, 2023.

I am also requesting that nothing be deleted regarding these 2 zoom calls. Kindly confirm receipt.

You will recall that I mentioned that I could not understand how you first did not take "a roll call" at either meeting and at the 11:07 for the meeting to approve Claims and you did not put on the record who the school was, the name of the Insured and the claim amount? You also did not mention who made the motion and then 2nd. I did hear Brian Smyth from Wall motion to be the second with another person but no idea how anything was recorded. Wall's BOE attorney is also the Diploma JIF Attorney (Cornell, Merlino, McKeever and Osborne, LLC).

I did speak to the Comptroller's Office on July 27, 2023, regarding all of this.
