We hope all is well
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
1) We would like a list of all properties with tax liens on them.
2) we would like a list of all delinquent properties
3) we would like a list of all tax lien investors that have invested in the past dating back to the year 2000
4) we would like a list of all municipal held liens in a seperate list
5) and also we would like to know if the city assigns there municipal held liens.

Attached are the items requested, with the exception of the list of lien
investors dating back to year 2000; we will need additional time but
expect to have the report ready within the next few days.
The committee would consider any written request to assign a Township
owned lien.
