Copies of incident or arrest reports involving shoplifting (N.J.S.A. 2C:20-11) occurring between January 1, 2025 and [today’s date], including the following fields where available:
• Incident or Arrest Number
• Date and Time of Arrest
• Location of Incident
• Name, Age, and Town of Residence of the Arrested Individual(s)
• Narrative summary or description of the incident

I am not requesting any confidential personal identifiers (e.g., Social Security numbers, phone numbers, or victim information). If any portions of the requested reports are deemed exempt, please redact only those portions and provide the remainder in accordance with N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1.

If it assists in locating the reports, you may provide a list or log of all shoplifting arrests during the above period so I may narrow the request to specific incident numbers.
