To Whom It May Concern,

This is an OPRA request under N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1. I am requesting the following records from the Mount Laurel Municipal Utilities Authority (MUA):

All records of sewer bond issuances by the Mount Laurel MUA from January 1, 2017, to December 31, 2019, including but not limited to bond prospectuses, financial statements, and detailed expenditure reports for sewer projects funded by these bonds.

Please provide these records in electronic format (PDF or Excel) to avoid copying fees. If any part of this request is denied, please provide a written explanation citing the specific exemption. Please acknowledge receipt of this request within 7 business days, as required by law.
