This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
1. Any deed, easement or other restrictions of record for the property.
2. Whether there is an underground oil tank;
3. Whether an underground oil tank has been taken out on the above property;
4. Inspections for environmental issues, water wells, sanitary disposal systems and
underground fuel tanks for the property.
5. The current certificate of occupancy for the property.
6. Any document indicating if the property is in a flood zone.
7. A list of off-site conditions that may affect the value of the property that is maintained by
the municipality pursuant to the New Residential Construction Off-Site Condition
Disclosure Act.
8. Whether there is a septic system on the property;
9. Whether a septic system has been removed.
10. Whether there is any indication of any underground chemical contaminants.
