OPRA Request: Resolution of Disciplinary Charges, Settlement Agreement (20220803-1.txt)

Wildwood City did not have the information requested.

Please accept this as my request for government records under both OPRA and the common law right of access. Please send all responses and responsive records to me via e-mail to [email address]. Thank you very much for your commitment to transparent government.

BACKGROUND:

Judge Pickering's March 31, 2021 Order in the case of John Davis v. City of Wildwood, Docket No. CPM-L-353-20 dismissed Davis' CEPA action against the City but permitted the case to be reinstated pending completion of disciplinary charges filed in the Office of Administrative Law (OAL).

RECORDS REQUESTED:

1. Record showing the final disposition (be it a judgment, settlement, dismissal or other) of Davis' OAL matter.

2. Any settlement agreement or release resolving the matters complained of in CPM-L-353-20.

Dear Wildwood City,

I mistakenly asked you to respond to me via e-mail directly. Please instead reply through the OPRA machine (i.e., at whatever address they provided).

Yours faithfully,

John Paff

Dear Karen:

Thank you very much. I'll resubmit the request in or about May 2023 to allow time for the parties and the OAL to resolve the matter.
