• Fire inspection reports and occupancy limits

• Any complaints or enforcement actions related to the property
• Environmental or hazardous material records, if applicable
• Property maintenance violations
• Property tax records, including payment status, and any municipal liens
• Any police incident reports, calls for service, or complaints associated with the property address within the past 5 years
If these records are available electronically, I request they be provided in digital format via email if possible.
If any portion of this request is denied, please provide the specific statutory exemption that justifies the denial and release any reasonably segregable portions of responsive records.
