Dear Burlington County Prosecutor's Office,

Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.

I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.

I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.

I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

Pursuant to the New Jersey Open Public Records Act (“OPRA”), N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq., I am requesting access to and copies of records in the custody of the Burlington County Prosecutor’s Office involving the following individuals:

• Evelyn R Malone
• Takeshia Barnes
• Starnazah Barnes
• Gregory Y Ellis
• Nya A Weathers

Specifically, I am requesting any criminal, investigative, or prosecutorial records in which any of the above-named individuals are identified as:
• a defendant,
• an arrestee,
• a suspect, or
• a person of interest or other involved party

for incidents that occurred within Burlington County for the period from October 1, 1980, through the present.

For each responsive matter, I am requesting at minimum any legally disclosable portions, including:
• case or docket number,
• name of defendant,
• charges/offense(s),
• incident date,
• municipality/agency of origin, and
• status and/or disposition of the matter,

as well as any redacted copies of complaints, indictments, and/or final dispositions to the extent they are not exempt from disclosure.

I understand that certain information may be redacted or withheld in accordance with OPRA and other applicable law (e.g., ongoing investigations, expunged matters, juvenile records, victim confidentiality, or other statutory exemptions). If any records are withheld or redacted, please provide a written response identifying the records being withheld or redacted and specifying the statutory basis for each denial or redaction.

Please process this request within the timeframe required by OPRA.
