3. Records/incidents associated with the address: 3987 Highway 516, Old Bridge, NJ 07747 (all apartment/unit numbers on this property)
Please provide all responsive police department records for the above address, inclusive of all apartment/unit numbers on the property, including but not limited to:

• calls for service/CAD logs and dispatch narratives
• incident/offense reports, investigation reports, and supplemental reports
• arrests, summonses/citations, and related documentation tied to that location
• any available address history/incident summary reports (if maintained)

If your standard records systems require a date range, please search from January 1, 2000 through the date you process this request (or the earliest date available in your records management system) and include all responsive records within that period.

If any portion of the requested records is exempt from disclosure, please produce the non-exempt portions with lawful redactions and provide the specific OPRA exemption(s) relied upon for each withholding and/or redaction. If a record is withheld in full, please identify the record by type, date, and general description to the extent permitted.
