Dear Clerk,

Pursuant to the New Jersey Open Public Records Act (N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq.), I am requesting copies of records that document how the public was notified of the most recent Mount Laurel Municipal Utilities Authority (MUA) annual meeting.

Specifically, I am seeking proof of compliance with public notice requirements, such as:

A copy of the public meeting notice as submitted to official newspapers

Proof of publication in a newspaper of record

A copy or screenshot of the notice as posted on the Township’s or MUA’s official website

A copy of the notice as physically posted at the municipal building or other public location

Please provide these records in electronic format if available. If clarification is needed or if any part of this request is too narrow or too broad, feel free to contact me so I can adjust it accordingly.
