• Information on file or any Inspections for environmental issues, water wells, disposal
systems and underground storage tanks of any kind on the property.
• The current certificate of occupancy for the property.
• Any document indicating the property is in a flood zone.
• Known Easements on the Property
• Confirmation of Connection to City Water and City Sewer
• Construction Permits (Open and Closed) from 1/1/1980 to Present
• Documents regarding any variance pending, granted or denied for the property.
