I am in receipt of your response. I am exercising my request for public records made under OPRA, the common law right of access additionally, I am exercising MY CONSTITUTIONAL VICTIMS RIGHTS (N.J. Const., art. I, para. 22) and finally the constitutional Rights of Crime Victims and Witnesses (N.J.S.A. § 52:4B-36) SEE SUBSECTION(s) to be followed (specifically subsection d.)

a. To be treated with dignity and compassion by the criminal justice system;

b. To be informed about the criminal justice process;

c. To be free from intimidation, harassment or abuse by any person including the defendant or any other person acting in support of or on behalf of the defendant, due to the involvement of the victim or witness in the criminal justice process;

d. To have inconveniences associated with participation in the criminal justice process minimized to the fullest extent possible; I am not required to fill out an official form

Include any records and reports around the date(s). Include any and all narratives of Investigating Officer Ryan Howe as well as that of Officer Howe’s superiors on the date of 12/18/2022 as well as 12/19/2022.
Include any and all 911 calls made to report to the address involved in incident, specifically around Patten Ave and Seaview Court in the jurisdiction of The Long Branch Police Department.
