We are in receipt of your Open Public Records Act (OPRA) request regarding
the following:

 

“Records for all employees who worked in the police department at any
point of time from 2012-2019: Please provide the name, hire date, current
status (whether active or separated),  and date of separation.”

 

Please be advised that effective March 16, 2020 all Borough of Fort Lee
buildings have been ordered closed to the public, which is being done in
response to the COVID-19 pandemic.  Accordingly, we are respectfully
requesting an extension of 30 business days.

 

You will receive an update and or response no later than Wednesday, July
15, 2020.

Court of New Jersey or file a complaint with the Government Records
Council (GRC) by completing the Denial of Access Complaint Form.  You may

Judiciary Records Request which can be obtained through the New Jersey
