Dear Taeho Kim,
I acknowledge receipt of your OPRA request in this office on May 28, 2020. At the present time, the Borough of Collingswood is not open for regular business hours due to the emergency closure caused by the covid-19 virus. In addition, most of the Borough employees , including me, are working remotely and do not have immediate access to many of the Borough's records, including those that are maintained among the various Borough departments and some of which are stored away from the municipal building. Accordingly, we will use our best efforts to respond to your request by May 15 2020. If we are unable to meet that timeline due to current limitations, I will advise you in advance of that date.
Please feel free to contact me with any questions.
Thank you for your consideration.
