OPRA request: police payroll records 2012-2019

We're waiting for Taeho Kim to read recent responses and update the status.

Dear Seaside Park Borough,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

For all employees who worked in the police department at any point of time from 2012-2019:
Please provide the name, hire date, current status (whether active or separated), and date of separation.

Please be advised the Borough of Seaside Park's Chief Financial Officer
reviewed the OPRA request for the police payroll records:  all employees
who worked in the police department at any point of time from
2012-2019: Please provide the name, hire date, current status (whether
active or separated),  and date of separation. The records requested are
not available through any reporting mechanism that we have available with
our payroll provider. 
It has been determined in order to fulfill the request, we will have to
create records from archived records that may be available in storage. 
Complying with the request involves an extraordinary expenditure of time
and effort.  Our Chief Financial Officer estimates 15-20 hours to research
and fulfill the request. He has informed if the requestor is willing to
pay $1,100.00 ($55.00 x 20) we will proceed.  Please contact me at
