RESPONSE:

The Borough of Oceanport has received your Records Request (OPRA)
dated 05/28/2020. The official Records Custodian received your
OPRA request on 05/28/2020. As such, the seven (7) business day
deadline to respond to your request is 06/08/2020.

PLEASE NOTE that due to the current COVID-19 pandemic and the
Governor's declaration of an emergency, response to records may
take up to 21 business days, however the Custodian will inform you
if additional time is necessary due to staffing levels and
accessibility to records.
