Dear Necon:

 

The Borough of Mantoloking received your OPRA request on May 28, 2020. 
Your request requires additional time beyond the seven (7)  business days
to fulfill.

 

OPRA allows custodians to seek extensions of time pursuant to N.J.S.A.
47:1A-5.i.  Specifically, OPRA states that, “the requestor shall be
advised by the custodian when the record(s)

can be made available”.  I am requesting an extension until June 12, 2020.

 

Should records become available before the June 12, 2020  extension , they
will be forwarded to you.
