OPRA request: police payroll records 2012-2019
Dear Glen Rock Borough,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
For all employees who worked in the police department at any point of time from 2012-2019:
Please provide the name, hire date, current status (whether active or separated), and date of separation.
Yours faithfully,
Necon
In order to properly respond to your request you will need to clarify the specific definition of employee. Is this specific to sworn police officers, or does it include part-time clerical personnel, etc?
An historical roster of police officers is available to the public on our department website: https://glenrockpolice.com/our-force/ This roster goes back to 1918 and to the best of my knowledge is complete.
If you are seeking anything beyond this please provide specific information by job title so that I may properly respond.
