Attached please find copies of the Shared Service Agreement and
Indemnification Agreement that you requested in relation to the Police
Chief shared service between Voorhees Township and Berlin Township.

I am waiting for the amended employment contract for Chief Bordi. I
anticipate receiving it this morning and will send to you as soon as I
receive it.

The other records you requested have been assigned to the police
department and the IT department. Those records have a due date of
Tuesday, August 30^th.

Attached please find the amended employment contract for Police Chief Lou
Bordi per your OPRA request.

In reference to the additional below items you requested, please see
below.

Copy of any contract, agreement, inter-local agreement, letters, MOU for
the sharing of Voorhees Police Chief with Berlin Township.

I have sent you the shared service agreement, the
indemnification agreement and the amended employment contract for Police
Chief Lou Bordi.

Copy of all emails outgoing and received between 6/1/22 - 8/16/22 from any
Voorhees township employee and or elected official to and from Berlin Twp
employees and or elected officials.

I will require a two week extension to fill this portion
of the request as our IT department employees are either on vacation or
leave through next week. The anticipated date to complete this portion of
the request will be on or before September 13, 2022.

Copy of current Promotional Exam List for the position of Deputy Chief of
Police Copy of the police department nepotism policy and twp policy.

There isn’t a promotional exam list for the position of
Deputy Chief of Police, therefore, no records are responsive to this part
of your request. Neither the police department nor Voorhees Township have
a nepotism policy..

Copy of any letter or email from the NJ State Chief Association and
Camden County Police Chief Association referencing support for sharing a
police chief with Berlin Twp
