Dear Shrewsbury Borough,

Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-5(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.

I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.

I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.

I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

Pursuant to the New Jersey Open Public Records Act (N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq.), I request copies of the following records related to the application filed by NJSA, Inc. for Preliminary and Final Major Site Plan Approval with Bulk Variance Relief, Block 73, Lot 1, 20 Avenue of the Common, Shrewsbury, NJ (Public Hearing scheduled July 1, 2026):

The complete application file, including all documents and exhibits filed to date
All site plan drawings (all sheets) — please provide in digital/PDF format
Any engineering reports filed by the applicant, including stormwater management plan and/or traffic impact study
The applicant's variance justification statement
The Board Engineer's and Board Planner's review reports, if completed
The certified list of property owners notified (200-foot notice list) and the affidavit of mailing
Confirmation of the date application documents were placed on file for public inspection
The published public hearing notice and proof of online publication
