in order to provide a response to your Request expires on Friday, December

Upon review of the breadth and scope of your Request, the District

Dear Freehold Regional High School District,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law
right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please
acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
I have focused my request based on your previous response. I am requesting
all emails between Don Markese, Michael Dillon, Michael Mendes, Dr.
Charles Sampson, Dr. Nicole Hazel, Dr. Jennifer Sharp, and Bark during the
time frame of February 1, 2022, and April 15, 2022, and regarding the
subject of investigation or inquiry into how the FRHSD is using bark.
Should this still pose to be overly burdensome and disruptive to District
Operations, I request to be informed of the financial compensation to the
district that would be required to fulfill my request. I am willing to
reimburse the district financially if so needed.
